Franchise owners do not need previous experience of the care sector, as Right at Home support them to recruit experienced and well-qualified registered care managers to oversee care delivery, compliance, recruitment and training. You will however, need to be a great leader, manager and confident networker with a passion for caring and an ongoing commitment to quality. Right at Home’s proven model is known and trusted by high street bank lenders. They support all prospective owners to arrange up to 70% funding for their franchise and include a full Business Planning service within the Initial Franchise Fee.
The initial franchise fee is £31,995 +VAT and new franchisees may need up to £90,000 working capital to cover the costs of starting up and running the business until it becomes profitable. Right at Home cautiously advise that this can take approximately 12 months. Based on 70% lending, entry investment is therefore circa £38,000. The planned gross profit for your third year is c£245,000
